2013 PTS and Birth Certificate Document Drop Off Session, Organization Calendar (London Devilettes)

Existing Ontario Woman Hockey Association players
All OWHA players who did not play for the LDGHA last year and are trying out this year must register online through Quickenrollment and obtain a Permission to Skate (PTS) form from the player’s most recent OWHA association. LDGHA must receive this PTS form before tryouts commence.  Under no circumstances will a player be allowed on the ice for tryouts without the original PTS form.

Players coming over from boys hockey do not need PTS document.

New players to the Ontario Woman Hockey Association
New OWHA players trying for the Devilettes must register online through Quickenrollment and submit a photocopy of the player’s birth certificate. This photocopy must be submitted before tryouts commence. We will host document drop off sessions.


Copies of birth certificates and PTS forms will only be accepted after online registration is complete.
