U13BB Try out Information
Welcome to the U13BB tryouts!

My name is Jamie Melling and I will be coaching the U13BB team for the upcoming 2024-25 season.

During the try out sessions, I will be utilising the team webpage for all communication to players and parents.  Please ensure you monitor the page for updates throughout the entire try out process. All try out times have been posted to the team calendar.  The player try out list and grouping times will be posted prior to the first try out. Although it is not anticipated, try out times and groups are subject to change; please make sure you check the webpage before attending each tryout.

Goalies should bring their own jersey and water bottle. Please wear the same jersey for ALL tryouts going forward.  Please inform of us of jersey and pad colour at check-in.

If a player is registered for U13 try outs but will not be attending the U13BB try outs please let me know. If you are coming from another female hockey association, please have your Permission to Skate form (PTS) completed with your own association (one you're coming from) and email to [email protected] and also be ready to present your PTS at the first try out.  You will NOT be allowed on the ice without PTS forms presented ahead of time.

Please reach out with any questions/concerns.

Tim Hortons Timbits Hockey Program-THE FIRST GOAL IS HAVING FUN.:
The Timbits Hockey and Minor Sports Program is a community-oriented sponsorship program that provides opportunities for kids aged four to nine to play house league sports. The philosophy of the program is not based on winning or losing, but on learning a new sport, making new friends, and just being a kid. Tim Hortons currently supports more than 300,000 children on teams in hockey, soccer, ringette, lacrosse, softball and baseball leagues in Canada and the United States. Our sponsorship includes jerseys, participation medals and a Timbits player gift for each player. Adding to the fun, Timbits teams are often invited to attend Canadian Hockey League (CHL), National Hockey League (NHL) and Major League Soccer (MLS) games to catch the action and showcase their skills between periods.
