COVID Policies

There are some new processes and rules to follow to ensure we have a safe & healthy season.

Each player and team personnel, at least 1 hour prior to every ice time, must complete the London Devilettes Covid-19 Screening Tool.  Any player under the age of 18 must have a parent / legal guardian fill out the form.  This tool is being updated for use by each team and you’ll receive an email with a link once it’s ready.

Starting Oct 19th, the City of London is allowing ONE parent/guardian per participant to enter the arena. Please be mindful of the following rules that will ensure we’ll continue to have use of the city facilities:

  1. Every parent/guardian that enters the arena is required to complete the and present it to arena staff at the front entrance. (City_of_London_COVID_Health_Assessment_Form-ARENA-ENTRYrevOct7-2020-sample-attach3)
  2. Upon entry use the hand sanitizer at the entrance to the arena
  3. If you are assisting your child to get ready to go on the ice we ask that you stay in the dressing room with your child until it is their ice time. Once the child goes onto the ice surface you may proceed to the designated viewing area and social distance from the others in that area.
  4. At the conclusion of the ice time you are to leave the arena immediately.
  5. NO outside food or drink is permitted into the arena including coffee, tea, etc….
  6. Masks are to be worn at all times while in the arena. No gathering in the lobby or other common areas.
  7. Follow the Spectator Path of Travel & Viewing Areas at the arena (Argyle_Arena_-_Path_of_Travel_Spectator_Area)
Equipment
Please make sure all personal equipment is labeled with your child's name, and that their helmet has their name clearly displayed on the front to assist coaches over the course of the season.

Please note that players must have all equipment in good condition, including neck guards, in order to be allowed on the ice.

Males in The Dressing Room

Please remember the Devilettes Males in Dressing Room Policy.  The full policy can be found here

"At the Novice age groups where the kids may need a little help, only females will be permitted in the change room while the kids are getting dressed. Dads and male coaches may be permitted in the dressing rooms to tie skates after all the girls are fully dressed and a minimum of two (2) adult females are present, As per OWHA Policy."

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the rink soon!
