COVID Arena Protocols Update - October 28
From the City of London:

With the provincial announcement on Friday as of Monday October 25, 2021 the following restrictions will be lifted.

  • Capacity limits in dressing rooms and on the ice surface are removed
  • Showers in the dressing rooms will now open over the next few days as they get water turned on, inspected and disinfected.
  • Outside food and drink is permitted

The following restrictions remain in place

  • All spectators entering the arena will be required to show proof of double vaccination.
  • As of Sunday October 31st everyone 12 and over will be required to show proof of double vaccination. This includes coaches, officials and volunteers. There is an 8 week grace period from the time the child turns 12 until they receive their full vaccination where they will continue to be permitted to enter the sport or recreation facility. Following the 8 weeks from their 12th birthdate proof of vaccination will be required.
  • Health screening to enter the arena remains in place.
  • Masks are mandatory for everyone who enters the arena and must be worn at all times including in the dressing rooms. They may be removed prior to participating. Coaches on the bench during games are required to wear masks
  • We will now allow entrance into the arena 30 minutes before and groups must leave 15 minutes after each rental
  • It is very important to note that there is NO IN AND OUT PRIVILAGES as we need to check double vaccination proof each and every time a person enters. Teams can not come in and then leave for warm-up as they would be required to show proof of double vaccination again upon re-entry.

Thank you for continued support to make our arenas a safe environment for the players, coaches, spectators and our staff.
