HL U15 Evaluations
Hello parents/guardians and players of this year's London Devilettes U15 House League division.   This message is to provide you with details regarding your athlete’s Evaluation Sessions, which start this SAT. SEPT 25, SEPT 28, OCT 2 and OCT 5. This year all Saturday ice will be at Kinsmen arena and all Tuesdays ice will be at Argyle arena.  Teams will be drafted following the last assessment and you will hear from the head coach shortly after.   Based on the number of players, there will be 4 teams this year.     Please read through the message below in full to ensure that you know what to expect.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

 1.       Find your athlete’s name from the list below and the time for Sat. Jerseys will be handed out on Sat. The assessors will evaluate by jersey colour and number so it is vital that your athlete keeps the same jersey for all evaluation sessions. Jerseys will be collected at the end of the last evaluation session on October 5th.

2.        Please attend your assigned session. With 50 athletes to organize it is hard to shuffle athletes around to accommodate everyone's special requests and personal schedules.

 3.       When you arrive at Kinsmen arena on Saturday, a table will be set up in the foyer with an attendant handing out assigned jerseys. Please go to this table to collect your athlete’s jersey when you arrive at the arena. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your athlete’s assigned evaluation session start time.

4. The screening needs to be done before entering the arena. As of Wednesday September 22nd per provincial regulations everyone 18 and over is required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated prior to entering any City of London arena including Western Fair. This applies to all participants, coaches, officials and spectators 18 and over. This proof needs to be provided each time they wish to enter the arena. Everyone can print or download their vaccination receipt which includes all the relevant information they need to prove that they are fully vaccinated. The receipts can be printed or downloaded from the Provincial government website. Those who need support obtaining a copy of their vaccination receipt, including those who do not have access to a computer, internet or printer, can call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900 for support. Those wishing to enter the arena will need their current vaccination receipt alongside a valid piece of identification such as a drivers license. Participants under the age of 18 who are participating in an organized sport, including, training, practices, games and competitions are not required to show proof of vaccination. Anyone over the age of 12 is required to provide proof if they are entering to spectate and not participate. Patrons who provide a written document completed and supplied by a physician or registered nurse stating that they are exempt for a medical reason from being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are permitted to enter. All Middlesex-London Health Unit guidelines and Provincial regulations, including mask requirements, adhering to capacity limits, physical distancing and completing a health assessment prior to entering all remain in place.
