Our commercial portfolio includes three levels of government, blue-chip companies, national and independent retailers, a wide-cross section of business offices, and not-for-profit organizations. FHC has made ongoing investments in our home community of London, Ontario where we own and manage more than 1 million Sq.Ft. in over 90 sites. Most are located in the downtown core, and many are among the city’s most important heritage properties. In 2009 FHC purchased the historic Elm Hurst Inn & Spa in Ingersoll, Ontario, followed by London's landmark Idlewyld Inn & Spa in 2013.
