Bantam A minors win Bronze at Championship Weekend
During the LLFHL Playoffs this year, 50 teams in the Bantam A division played off to win a spot in the final Championship Weekend held in Toronto this past weekend.
The Bantam A Minor team won their 1st round of playoffs against the Bluewater Hawks, their 2nd round against the Windsor Wildcats, and finally their 3rd round against the London Devilettes Bantam A Major team. This qualified them to compete with "The Best of the Best" at the LLFHL Championship Weekend.
They had some tough competitors this weekend as they battled against the LLFHL Champions of the East, South Central, Central East, and Central Divisons.
They Captured the Bronze Medal on Sundays game winning 1-0 against the Oakville Hornets.
