To Devilettes Coaches-
All Devilettes teams will have photos taken later this month or early October at Western Fair arena before your practice. I have listed the dates for photos below along with your PRACTICE TIME that day. On each of the days below, I will be present at Western Fair arena ONE HOUR before the first practice until the start of the last practice. I will be located near the Nationals dressing room. Players can be photographed ANY time when I am there. Photos will NOT impact your practice in any way. The only team that is NOT scheduled is the U15 A SPILKA team because there are no dates available at WF. (Coach Spilka, please reach out to me directly to book a convenient time for your team to come to the Cherryhill Mall Store). This team … plus any players that are absent … will be photographed on another night at my Cherryhill Mall store.

HOCKEY PHOTO PROCEDURE:
1. It is up to the coach to mandate wearing HOME or AWAY jerseys for photos … but choose one and convey that to your team.
2. ALL players and coaches are photographed regardless if they purchase anything.
3. ALL players and coaches need to complete the Order Form (attached).
4. Team photos will be assembled from individual pictures … and all players photographed receive a FREE team photo.
5. Players should wear FULL equipment and have a stick with them and then be ready to go straight to practice. Skates are not needed for photos.
