Successful weekend in Niagara
The team had an amazing fun weekend. Instead of the usual hotel for tournaments the team stayed at a campground. A mix of cabin types and trailers were used by families and all had fun.
The weather cooperated as good as we could have hoped for.
The goal of the weekend was team bonding and memories to last the girls a lifetime. The hockey was the excuse for us all to be there, but the fun events and time together was a win regardless how the results on ice ended up. There were some super tired legs after the girls went nonstop with all the free activities at the park. Coach Blake showed off his multi sport skills in basketball and ping pong versus the girls!
Terrific start to the season and mission accomplished on tons of fun, memories made and everyone feeling part of a team.
