Jersey Presentation
This past Friday, at the Tournament showcase game, both Nicole and Julia Gosling were recognized for their accomplishments with team Canada and the London Devilettes.
By representing Canada, and winning Gold in the U-18 World Championships, the Gosling cousins earned the respect of this hockey community and the entire nation. Not only have Nicole and Julia both been great role models for our players, their efforts through the years have proven to be an inspiration for those who wish to follow in their footsteps. They both have helped to pave a way for our future Devilettes who aspire to play for Canada. They have also brought light, through media attention, to the awesome female hockey community we have here in London.
As a token of the appreciation and a thanks for their commitment on behalf the Devilettes, they were presented their Devilettes Jersey's in a memory box. Although this won't be the last Jersey they will wear, it will be the one that the Devilettes family thank Nicole and Julia for wearing.
