The province has moved the Middlesex London Health Unit to stage Orange within the reopening framework effective December 7, 2020.

The impact this has on the current City of London arena operations is NO spectators are permitted unless a parent/guardian is supervising a child. As a result of this only parents/guardians of children under the age of 10 will be permitted to spectate from within the arena in the designated spectator area. Parent/Guardians at ages over 10 will be permitted to enter the arena to assist their child to get ready but must leave the arena after they are ready. They can return at the conclusion of the ice time to help them get undressed.

It is very important that we all do our part to control the spread of COVID-19 within our community and avoid us moving to the red stage. If you or your child is feeling unwell please stay home, wear a mask at all times within the arena until going on the ice and sanitize your hands when you enter the arena.

The London Devilettes Girls Hockey Association Board of Directors is grateful for the cooperation of our members regarding the directives of the Middlesex-London Health Unit thus far and encourage continued cooperation with these new rules. We know that they will pose a new challenge so if there are any questions regarding the above communication, please direct this to your coach and, if need be, they can reach out directly to the competitive and house league directors for clarification.
