LDGHA Update on Vaccination Requirement
The London Devilettes Girls Hockey Association (LDGHA) remains committed to keeping all of our members and their families as safe as possible as the Covid-19 pandemic continues.
In keeping with the Middlesex-London Health Unit’s most recent recommendations for amateur sports leagues (MLHU Update), the LDGHA is implementing a mandatory Covid-19 vaccination policy for all coaches, volunteers, bench staff, and participants who are eligible for vaccination (including those born in or before 2009), unless exempted.
Coaches, bench staff, volunteers and eligible participants must be fully vaccinated by October 31, 2021, unless exempted.
Please do not contact coaches or board members at this time. Details regarding the implementation of this policy and how to upload proof of vaccinations will follow in the coming weeks.
