OFFICIAL NOTICE OF LDGHA 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Further to our earlier notifications, the London Devilettes Girls Hockey Association (LDGHA) will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday June 28, 2022 at the Full Multipurpose Room at Stronach Arena starting at 6PM. This meeting is open to all Members.
Members who are unable to attend may vote by proxy. If you require a Form of Proxy, please email Alice Tschen at
[email protected]. To be valid, duly completed Forms of Proxy must be submitted to Alice Tschen at the above email address no later than June 26, 2022 at 8:00PM.

1. Approval of the Minutes from the 2021 Annual General Meeting held on June 28, 2021
2. Receipt of the 2021/2022 Financial Statements and Treasurer’s Report
3. Appointment of Auditor
4. President’s Report
5. Registrar’s Report
6. Vote to Approve the Transition to the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act
7. Approval of Revised By-Laws
8. Announcement of new members of the Board of Directors and Executive
9. Adjournment
