The London Devilettes Board of Directors are pleased to
announce that we have selected Inch Rahaman to be the Head Coach of our U13AA program. Inch has
accepted a 2 year coaching term that will run from the 2023-2024 hockey season to
the end of the 2024-2025 season.
Inch Rahaman is a DS1 Certified head coach who has spent the
better part of the last 20 years coaching.
Most of his time has been spent coaching boys. His last 3
seasons have been spent coaching within the London Devilettes Girls Hockey
Association.
Inch has coached at various levels over the years. From the boys Initiation Program to U16 AAA London
Junior Knights and Junior B with the Komoka Kings, to his most recent position
over the last 2 seasons as the Head Coach of our London Devilettes U11 AA program. Prior to coaching, Inch spent almost 20 years
refereeing minor hockey within the City of London and surrounding area and
believes his time spent wearing the stripes has made him a better coach.
Inch’s belief in effort and positive attitude both by his players and
himself are key to growing as an athlete and individual. We are looking for him to continue to develop
players at the U13AA level to progress into our High Performance programs in
U15AA, U18AA and U22 Elite/Junior.
