The London Devilettes Girls Hockey Association is inviting applications for Head Coach positions for our U22AA, U18AA, and U15AA High-Performance programs.
We are seeking experienced, forward-thinking coaches who are passionate about developing elite female athletes and committed to fostering a positive, structured, and competitive environment. The successful candidates will play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our High-Performance pathway and supporting the long-term growth of our athletes and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-ice and off-ice team activities including practices, games, tournaments, and team events.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive seasonal plan focused on skill development, systems, and team culture.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to athletes, promoting growth, confidence, and a competitive mindset.
- Collaborate with assistant coaches, trainers, and team staff to ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-performance environment.
- Communicate effectively with players, families, and association leadership.
- Participate in league meetings, coaching clinics, and professional development as required.

Selection Process: Applications will be reviewed by the London Devilettes External Coach Selection Panel, a group of experienced hockey professionals who will conduct structured interviews and reference checks. Recommendations will then be provided to the Board for final selection.
