Important Changes to the LDGHA By-Laws and Operating Rules and Regulations
Submitted By dpiquette on Sunday, May 18, 2014
The LDGHA has conducted a review and subsequent revision of its By-Laws and Operating Rules and Regulations.  The By-Laws have been updated and revised to be in compliance with the Ontario Non-Profit Corporations Act (ONPCA) and the Operating Rules and Regulations have been updated and revised to reflect the best practices of Women’s Hockey Associations across Canada.

These updated documents can be found within the “About Us” menu at the top of the page.

There will be a vote of the LDGHA members to ratify the new By-Laws and Operating Rules at the Annual General Meeting.  The date and location of the meeting will be announced shortly.  Any questions regarding the revised documents can be forwarded to Spiro Grima, LDGHA By-Laws and Operating Rules Committee Chair.
