We are happy to announce that, due to an overwhelming interest in our U9 programming, we will be hosting five teams this season instead of the four we originally planned!
With the increase in players and teams, we have been working over the past few weeks to secure additional resources for the season, including volunteers, uniforms, equipment, and, most importantly, ice!
Please note that the
U9 ice times have been adjusted slightly to accommodate the additional team. We have secured ice on both Thursdays and Saturdays.
Each U9 team will continue to meet twice a week: either on Tuesdays or Thursdays, and on Saturdays.
With five teams in total, this means that every fifth week, your team will have practice on a Thursday instead of Tuesday.
We appreciate that many families have already organized their fall schedules around hockey on Tuesdays and Saturdays. We hope you’ll agree that the opportunity for more participants to enjoy hockey makes this schedule change worthwhile.
