London Devilettes Mission Statement
The mission of the London Devilettes Girls Hockey Association is to promote female ice hockey within the City of London and area by:
Providing fun, safe, affordable and accessible recreational and competitive programs for girls of all skill level;
Encouraging girls to reach their potential through skill development, teamwork, personal development, and good sportsmanship;
Organizing, developing, advancing, administering, and promoting a high-quality program;
Adhering to our Code of Conduct-Rules of Deportment to foster responsible behavior, enhance sportsmanship and to make competition a developmental experience;
Supporting and developing trusted, skilled, dedicated, and accountable coaches, executive members, board members, and other volunteers to carry out the mission of our organization; and
To work with the Ontario Women’s Hockey Association toward their mission of promoting, providing, and developing opportunities of girls and women to play female hockey in Ontario
