YWHO offers mental health and substance use services, primary care, and community and social services—for youth between the ages of 12 and 25. Through collaboration among many different providers and sectors, hubs provide easy and rapid access to services that address the needs of youth across multiple domains of their lives. The hubs are local places where young people can receive walk-in access to high-quality, integrated, mental health and substance use services, as well as other health, social, and employment supports.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of London and Area

BBBS of London offers two dynamic group programs tailored for female-identifying and male-identifying youth in grades 6-8: Go Girls! and Game On. Both programs run for eight weeks at various times throughout the year. Participants meet for one hour each week at their school. Each session focuses on four key themes: physical activity, healthy eating, self-esteem, and communication skills, providing a holistic approach to personal growth and well-being.

This resource was developed by the Ontario Youth Suicide Prevention Life Promotion Collaborative as a guide for community and education-based providers who support youth and families affected by suicide. Although primarily aimed at those working in sectors that serve children and young people, we acknowledge that a comprehensive community postvention effort is essential to ensure all individuals impacted by suicide receive the support they need.

MindYourMind exists in the space where mental health, wellness, engagement and technology meet. We work with young people aged 14 to 29 to co-create interactive tools and innovative resources, ensuring youth in Canada have access to high quality mental health and wellness information.
 
Mental Health Literacy
Mental Health Literacy is committed to creating and delivering the highest quality mental health literacy information, research, education and resources. Materials are provided in a variety of mediums that include videos, animations, brochures, e-books, face-to-face training programs, and online training programs. MHL materials are specifically designed to meet the needs of children, youth, young adults, families, educators, community agencies and health care providers.

Canadian Center for Mental Health and Sport
The CCMHS offers standard workshops and can develop specific content based on clients’ needs (e.g., coaches, athletes, parents, organizations).
