Policy on Social Networking...
Please refer to the document published by the OWHA at:

OWHA Social Networking Policy

Basically, the policy states that any use of social media that is disrespectful regarding hockey, and is published by anyone involved in women’s hockey in Ontario, is taking the risk of being fined. Therefore, there is zero tolerance on this team for bashing other players, other teams, etc.

Pictures in the Dressing Room...
Short answer... NO PICTURES IN THE DRESSING ROOM! (Unless this is a team photo and everyone is dressed and coaches are present).

Water Bottles
Two basic rules -- Don’t share, and don’t forget to bring them to practices/games

Hygiene
Please wash your equipment weekly -- at the very least. This will not only improve the air quality of the dressing room, but will also ensure the integrity of the equipment. Nothing like some fungus to break down a pair of pants or shoulder pads before their time. Smelly equipment also can reduce your child’s self esteem at this tender age.

Every girl should have a bottle of hand sanitizer in her bag. Many arena change rooms and bathrooms are not adequately supplied with soap, towels or sanitizer.

Prevention of Illness
If your daughter is sick, please don’t bring her to the rink. Any child who has a chough, fever, stomach complaints or a rash should stay home. Open sores needs to be covered.
