Good Afternoon Lighting Parents
I have been asked to let everyone know our Hotel needs to be booked by NOV 8th or we will lose the block of rooms!
Can you please call the hotel as soon as possible and get that set up!
If you don't plan on staying please let me know asap so I can let the hotel know to open the rooms will not be using!

Also Please have all your medical sheets into me tonight at practice
and last but not least please have your team money into Tracey tonight as well. They have already sent in payment for our tourney and the name bars so I would like to make sure they are all paid up...
