Congratulations go out to the London Devilettes Bantam AA team for their excellent performance in the BAA Stoney Creek Showcase Tournament.
In a tournament of 47 teams of the best girls in North America, the team finished their round robin pool with a record of 3 wins and 1 tie. This resulted in a 1st place finish in their pool, allowing them to be one of four teams to compete for Gold on Sunday. The ladies played a spirited game in the Gold Semis, but fell to Durham 2-1 after a five minute overtime and a shootout.
The team should be extremely proud of their performance.
