BEST in the 'Burgh
Congratulations to our BAA girls for their outstanding showing at the "Battle in the 'Burgh" showcase mini-tournament in Pittsburgh PA this weekend. Our girls did the Devilettes Jersey proud, playing in front of the NHL Pittsburgh Penguins and 4 NCAA Women's Hockey Teams. 


Our girls went 4-0 through the weekend defeating Detroit Honey Baked, Chicago Young Americans, and Detroit Little Caesars in "seeding play" and Little Caesars again in the final game between the top 2 teams of the 6 team BAA tournament. The tournament was played at the Pittsburgh Penguins practice facility, the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex where the girls had an opportunity to watch a Penguins full team practice and were able to watch the 4 NCAA D1 Women's Hockey teams, who were also there playing their own Battle of the 'Burgh mini tournament at the UPMC Center. Fantastic hockey weekend, well done girls!!!
