Mississauga Tournament Champions!
The London Devilettes U15BB team took home the gold this past weekend in the Mississauga Hurricanes Winter Classic tournament.
After dispatching Mississauga 4-0 and Ancaster 6-0 in their first two games the team battled hard for a 0-0 tie against Walkerton and a 1-1 tie against a second Mississauga team to book a spot in the finals.
There, they displayed the tenacity and solid team defense that has come to be their calling card en route to a 2-0 finals win.
The coaches are proud of the hard work and exceptional team play demonstrated throughout the entire weekend while posting an impressive one goal against over the five games.
