Orillia Tournament Champions!!!
This past weekend saw the London Devilettes U18BB team go undefeated in winning the 2nd Annual Orillia Hawks Tournament.
The team stuck to their motto to outsmart, outwork, and outscore their opponents and it paid off throughout the weekend. The Devilettes beat Sudbury and Mooretown by scores of 2-0 and 1-0 on Friday before beating Flamborough 4-2 and tying North Bay 0-0 on Saturday. The team met host Orillia in the final and jumped to an early 3-0 lead before eventually winning the championship 4-2.
Superb team defence was seen throughout the weekend and the compete level was consistently high.
