Doug Carmichael began his concession business in 1976 with Fudge, Caramel Corn, Beer Nuts, Candy Floss and other specialty candies. In 1987 he carried his love of smoked foods over to specialty meats and has since expanded his business to cover most major events throughout Ontario. Along with our traditional beef & pork smoked products we now also offer Turkey, Venison, Bison, Kangaroo and other exotic meats when available.×
