U9 (660), U9, 2021-2022 (London Devilettes)

The girls had a fun practice and scrimmage with the London Knights tonight.  Thank you to Source for Sports for sponsoring tonight and the Knights for hosting us.

Thank you to all the girls that tried out this past week.  There was effort in drills and the games and made the final decisions very tough on myself and the other evaluators at the sessions.  The below list is the roster for the U9 Devilettes.  Congratulations to those girls who were successful in reaching this mark.  For those not on the list, please register for U9 House League if you had not previously, and I hope to see you again on the ice.  Also feel free to reach out to me if you would like feedback on what could be improved upon for next year.

All players registered are invited to the first 7 ice times in the calendar.  4 practices and 3 tryouts.  For the practices you need to bring your own jersey.  Tryouts we will provide a tryout jersey to use and return.  There will be a sign in desk at the front doors.  You will be allowed into the rink 15 minutes before our ice times.  Please do not go in early without the sign in desk.

Hello my name is Matt Dale and I will be the coach for the U9 Novice team for London Devilettes this season.  I have been coaching various youth sports for over 25 years now with a passion for growing a kids love and skill of their sport.  For this team we will be focusing on skill development and correct fundamentals that will set the girls up for years ahead to enjoy playing the game of hockey.  We will follow the U9 pathways from OWHA and Hockey Canada.  Anyone signed up for the tryouts will be offered 4 practices before the tryouts.  All players will then receive minimum of 3 tryout ...
