U9 Competitive Tryout Information
Welcome to the U9 London Devilettes Competitive Evaluations. My name is Brendan Schleen, and I am the Head Coach for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. A few important details regarding this year’s tryouts: All information and communication will be posted to this webpage's team news feed, so please ensure you are monitoring this page for updates as we move through the evaluation process.

Please note that all players are guaranteed three tryouts (May 14, May 15, and May 20). Each of these three dates will include two groups of skaters for one hour. The times and player rosters for each group will be posted to the team calendar/news feed before the end of the week. After the third skate on May 20th, the first roster update will be announced.

When you arrive to each tryout, London Devilettes volunteers will have a table set up to check in players and hand out their assigned jersey for the evaluation. Please leave your player enough time to check in and get ready as there will be many players signing in at once. If you arrive early for your tryout session, please do not sign in until the group prior is on the ice. Tryout jerseys must be handed in after each skate. If you are coming from another female hockey association, please have your Permission to Skate form (PTS) completed with your own association and have emailed it to [email protected]. Be ready to present your PTS at the first tryout. Your player will NOT be allowed on the ice for tryouts without their Permission to Skate (PTS) form - no exceptions. If a player is registered for U9 tryouts, but has since decided to no longer participate, please let me know as soon as possible. Best of luck to all players throughout the tryout process!
