Spectator Policies
Please make sure you have downloaded the QRCODE version of your
vaccination passport as only that version is now accepted everywhere in
Ontario.
Teams are only allowed to enter 30 minutes prior to the game time. We
encourage spectators to enter at the time of the game except for those helping
younger division players getting dressed. This is in place as we have capacity
limits as you know and we do not want congregating in the arena. Teams have 15
minutes to leave after their games.
Nichols Friday – This complex is a vaccination site during the week from 8am-4pm. They are not as busy as they were when they opened but we ask that everyone park in the parking lot to the right as soon as they enter the parking lot. Not sure I described that well but it is the lot by the C-pad. The vaccination clinic will be using a different entrance from the tournament so should be no issue with that and it is only Friday during the day.
Just a reminder that City arenas and Western Fair are at one spectator per player. At all City of London arenas the health screening questons are done verbally.
For those playing Friday at the Flight Exec Centre in Dorchester the spectator limit is 4. They have a bigger facility with stands on both pads. Here is the screening web based link for the FlightExec Centre in Dorchester: https://thamescentre.selfscreening.ca/screening/visitors.php
For those playing Friday and Saturday at the London Sports Park their spectator limit is 2 per player.
We know this isn’t the version of the tournament we all look forward to putting on every year but at least our daughters are able to participate in a tournament. Thank you to everyone for your cooperation and understanding. Hopefully next year all will be back to normal and the stands will be full and all the tournament amenities can return.
