This couldn't be more true for the London Devilettes U18AA team. They have had an incredible season. They were the team who never gave up. With every game, they battled to the buzzer. They were RELENTLESS. Every. Single. Time. They showed GRIT, PERSEVERANCE, DETERMINATION, and COMMITMENT.
They finished 4th in the regular season, and qualified for Provincial Championships. They beat the Clarington Flames 3-0, tied the Ancaster Avalanche 1-1, and lost a tough third game to the North York Storm 4-0.
Despite being eliminated from Provincials, these athletes had a great season. They learned alot about hockey, they worked hard, and they had a lot of fun! They started their season with a pre-season camp, participated in many team building activities, went to an early season retreat at Paradise Lake, spent some time in Nashville, TN, had many dressing room celebrations (birthdays, pot lucks, and candy parties), and worked hard at dryland. Even through the storms of any season, these Devilettes always gave 100%.
A huge thank you to each player, to their families, and to an amazing coaching staff for a great season!!
